Distribution List: Send Emails to a Group Of People
With Outlook you can create a distribution
list to quickly send emails to a group of people. To do so, just follow these steps:
- From Contacts click File,
New, Distribution List
- Type a name for your list
- Click Select Members (You
may select people from any of your address books--Global, Contacts, or
Personal Address Book.)
- Just double-click the
members to make sure they are added to the right-side
- Click OK
- Click Save and Close
